My art journey started when I was only 10 years old! I did a lot of drawing in my free time and attended after school sewing clubs. When I was 14, I did textiles and art as a GCSE which helped me expand my expressive use of colours and shapes. By the time I finished school, I attended college to study Fashion for two years and came out with a Level 3 Extend diploma in Art and Design. I knew at this point that I wanted to peruse my hobby as a career, so I went to university to study Fashion Textiles: Print graduating with a First class BA (HONS) in Fashion Textile: Print.
Why Fashion textiles print you ask? Well, that’s where I truly found my identity, just being able to express myself through bright coloured clothes and freely expressing myself.

Just Amy is an independent fashion label designing high quality, bright, colourful, one-of-a kind, size inclusive clothing that has no time for fitting in or caring about what other people think. Creating a colourful space that would be playful, nostalgic and fun. Ultimately, at the end of the day, I just want you to dress for yourself. Who cares what other people think?
